We are aware about potential log-in issue to iStore Login due to browser changes. The VideojetDirect store does not work with Firefox or Chrome; it does work with IE.

You may have to change your internet settings to access the site:

: Go to Internet Explorer (IE) > Select Tools from Menu > Internet Options > (tab) Advanced Settings > scroll to find Security section, this is where you will find the TLS entries (like the screenprint below) > put a check mark for Use SSL 3.0 > (B) Apply > Close the IE session > Open a new IE session > > You should be able to log in.
